As I sat on the beautiful beaches of Okinawa watching my boys play without a care in the world, I thought about all the Americans that sacrificed everything on these same beaches so that my boys could have the freedoms they have today. So go out and live a life worth living!
The boys have been wanting to go camping on the beach so we decided this would be the perfect weekend! We found the perfect spot to camp on Kouri Island. The boys had fun setting up their tents, building a firepit, and snorkeling and fishing in the ocean!
It was an absolutely perfect day! Please take the time today to remember the men and women we owe so much to for sacrificing their lives so that we may think, speak and do as we wish. Honor those that gave it all and never take freedom for granted!
